• Full Itinerary — $559

  • Everything in the Brief, plus a day-by-day plan, a lodging shortlist matched to the requirements you give us, transport notes, and a reservation-ready contact list. If you'd rather not make the calls yourself, we can place the bookings for you. Includes one round of revisions.

• Signature Trip Plan — $999

  • For multi-city or international travel. Everything in the Full Itinerary, plus a backup option for each night, customs and packing guidance, and two rounds of revisions.

4. You book — or we help. Book from the document yourself, or ask us to place the reservations. Either way the booking is in your name and the provider charges your card directly.

Discretion & Privacy

Your name, your destinations, your dates and your preferences stay between us. We don't sell or share client information, and we don't market to you off the back of a trip.

Billing for this service appears under our business name, VC Chat, as usual.

Travel services are governed by Addendum A to our Client Service Agreement.
